• If you are not happy with your service, please make us aware of it before leaving the salon. We offer a complimentary fix within 3 days of service completion.
• Our prices are available on the menu. Please confirm the prices before receiving the services.
• Appointments are highly recommended. We also suggest that you pre-book your next appointment during your visit.
• Appointments can be canceled 24 hours in advance by calling (304) 777-2666. Please give us at least 24 hours notice so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waiting list. Be aware that if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice, we reserve the right to ask for a refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items and gift cards. You will be fully responsible for your personal belongings during your visit. You will have to pay compensation if you damage any salon products during your visit.
• Anyone with contagious diseases, any open wounds or infections on the skin, or any nail conditions should not be serviced.
• Anyone in ill health that we feel could be harmed by our service. Anyone who is more than 10-15 minutes late for an appointment. Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers.
• We love children, but due to safety hazards such as sharp implements, hot wax, and chemicals, we are unable to accommodate unattended children under the age of 12 in the salon. Anyone under the age of 18 receiving a service for the first time must have a parent or legal guardian present at our initial appointment to give written consent. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but appreciate your understanding in this matter:
• Pets or other animals, other than service animals, are NOT allowed in the salon.
• Please do not take any pictures in the salon without our consent.
• Ask for the service which you would like to have. If you are unsure, please speak to the Salon manager.
• If you are unsatisfied with our service, please speak with the manager immediately and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
